Cajun Spiced Pork Chops
Someone posted this recipe on allrecipes.com, and it was delightful. I changed it a little because I am out of olive oil and garlic salt.
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon rubbed dried sage leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 center cut pork chops or pork steaks
Mix all ingredients and sprinkle and rub into both sides of the pork. Pan fry in oil until fully cooked. A meat thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F.
